Lisa Kudlacz is the Vice President and General Manager for Halyard Health’s Interventional Pain Management division. She is responsible for leading and implementing the global vision for the Interventional Pain organization, which includes Halyard’s COOLIEF* Cooled Radiofrequency (RF) procedure, a minimally invasive, thermal radiofrequency pain management system using water-cooled technology to safely deactivate pain-causing sensory nerves.
Lisa has more than 25 years of healthcare marketing and sales experience. She has extensive experience with strategic account development in healthcare integrated delivery networks. During her tenure at Halyard and Kimberly-Clark, she has held roles in Sales, Sales Management, Go-To-Market Strategy, and Corporate Account Management. Under Lisa’s leadership, in April 2017, Halyard’s COOLIEF Cooled RF thermal treatment became the first and only RF treatment to be cleared by the FDA specifically to relieve osteoarthritis (OA) knee pain.
Lisa was a 2016 Finalist for the for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s Atlanta Woman in Healthcare Leadership Award. This prestigious award recognizes women who set an example to others through a demonstrated commitment, passion and desire to contribute to their organization and the healthcare industry.
Lisa is married with two daughters, ages sixteen and twenty-three. She has a Bachelor of Science in Comprehensive Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Nebraska.
